Exclusive Andalusian stone villa distributed over two levels that easily accommodates 8-10 people.
The area offers many activities and in 15 minutes drive to Nerja and 5 to Almuñécar, two fantastic small towns on the Costa Tropical.
In 2024, the villa underwent renovation and was equipped with new, modern, high-quality furniture.
The pool and pool area with its terraces have also been renovated.
• Upstairs
Living room with wood-burning stove and comfortable sofa group, open spaces with many windows provide an open and bright atmosphere. Exit to a large terrace with a wonderful view.
Spacious bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite.
Between the floors there is an extra smaller bedroom with a double bed.
• Downstairs
Large living room with panoramic window, beautiful natural stone wall and sliding glass doors to the terrace and pool area contribute to the large room giving a bright and open impression. Open kitchen with dining table that can be folded out with plenty of space for 10 people.
Nice sofas with small tables and TV corner for those who want to spend the evening indoors.
Large bedroom with bathroom en suite, double bed and plenty of storage space. Here, too, a beautiful natural stone wall with large opening windows creates a lovely and different environment.

The large pool 6.50×4.50 has salt water and the possibility of heating.
Walking distance 15 min, down to both the cozy Playa Marine del Este and the long beach La Herradura.
