This lovely villa is located in the beautiful and elegant area of Los Pinos in Almuñécar, about 20 minutes east of Nerja and 10 minutes from La Herradura.
The beach, restaurants, and small shops can be reached with a 15-minute walk, and another 20 minutes along the promenade will take you to the center and the old town.
The villa spans 175 m² over two floors and is surrounded by a lovely garden of 450 m², which includes a private heated saltwater pool and several terraces.
