Newly built Town house consists of two floors and a wonderful roof terrace. The entrance floor consists of two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom ensuite and another bathroom. In each bedroom there is a double bed, 160 cm, with comfortable spring bases. Both bedrooms on the entrance floor have access to a large terrace on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a modern kitchen with all the amenities you can imagine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, TV with chromecast, sofa and dining area with room for eight people, extra chairs are available for larger parties. From the kitchen you come out to the terrace with a sea view, perfect for morning coffee. On this floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Each bedroom has plenty of storage with large wardrobes.
At the top is the house’s roof terrace with its own pool, dining area and lounge area. The views are fantastic and stretch from Burriana beach, across the horizon up towards the mountains. The sun shines on the terrace from sunrise to sunset.

The house features several terraces and balconies on both the upper and lower levels, all offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding mountains, and Nerja's picturesque landscape. In addition, you have access to a private garden, and just a minute away, you'll find the communal pool. A walk to Nerja’s town center takes about 25 minutes, and the popular Burriana Beach can be reached in around 20 minutes. There are also nearby bus routes that take you to both Burriana Beach and the town center. The Accommodation On the lower level, you'll find a cozy, well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area for 6 people, a large comfortable sofa, and a TV. From here, you can access a spacious sunroom with a dining table for 4 people, perfect for relaxing. From the sunroom, you step out onto a large terrace with lounge furniture, which leads to the private garden. This level also has an entrance hall and a guest toilet. On the upper level, there are three bedrooms, all equipped with AC to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature year-round: • Bedroom 1 & 2: Both rooms have comfortable double beds (160 cm), ideal for two adults per bed. One room has a large balcony, while the other has a French balcony. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with both a shower and a bathtub. • Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has two smaller double beds (140 cm), making it perfect for up to 4 children or teenagers. This bedroom does not have its own toilet, but there is one on the lower level, and the other bathrooms on the upper level can be shared. This bedroom does not have a balcony. For our younger guests, there is a travel cot available for infants, which we can prepare before your stay. Please notify us well in advance of your arrival, so we can ensure everything is ready for you.
