Walking in the area is like walking in a botanical garden, making the area Nerja’s most idyllic area. Capistrano San Juan is located 2 km above Burriana beach, the largest and most visited beach in Nerja. 75 meters from the house is Capistrano’s largest pool area with 2 pools, bar and restaurant. Welcome through the gate to this cozy 1-story house with 60 square meters of living space, here you are greeted by a lush and showy little garden and nice terrace that is protected from view. From the terrace is the entrance to the living room with open kitchen, further to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed and sofa bed for 4 people and AC. Bedroom 2: double bed, room for 2 people and AC. 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. Kitchen with dining area open to living room with sofa and armchairs, TV with streaming service and Wifi. Two large supermarkets, tennis, padel and boules courts about 800 meters from the house. A small supermarket can be found in the area with a slightly larger range, approx. 300 m from the house. Restaurants are opposite the house. The market which is on Tuesdays and flea market on Sundays about 700 m to walk. Nice hiking trails in the mountains start about 100 m from the house. Spacious corner townhouse with a garden in a quiet and scenic area of beautiful Nerja. Here, you'll experience authentic Andalusian charm with black wrought-iron gates, white facades, and vibrant blooming hedges! The house features several terraces and balconies on both the upper and lower levels, all offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding mountains, and Nerja's picturesque landscape. In addition, you have access to a private garden, and just a minute away, you'll find the communal pool. A walk to Nerja’s town center takes about 25 minutes, and the popular Burriana Beach can be reached in around 20 minutes. There are also nearby bus routes that take you to both Burriana Beach and the town center. The Accommodation On the lower level, you'll find a cozy, well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area for 6 people, a large comfortable sofa, and a TV. From here, you can access a spacious sunroom with a dining table for 4 people, perfect for relaxing. From the sunroom, you step out onto a large terrace with lounge furniture, which leads to the private garden. This level also has an entrance hall and a guest toilet. On the upper level, there are three bedrooms, all equipped with AC to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature year-round: • Bedroom 1 & 2: Both rooms have comfortable double beds (160 cm), ideal for two adults per bed. One room has a large balcony, while the other has a French balcony. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with both a shower and a bathtub. • Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has two smaller double beds (140 cm), making it perfect for up to 4 children or teenagers. This bedroom does not have its own toilet, but there is one on the lower level, and the other bathrooms on the upper level can be shared. This bedroom does not have a balcony. For our younger guests, there is a travel cot available for infants, which we can prepare before your stay.
