This nice townhouse on two levels is located in La Herradura with a wonderful view of the sea and the bay.
Beautiful views from all rooms facing the sea. On the terrace, which is directly adjacent to the living room and kitchen, you have sun from morning until the sun sets in front of the house in the sea. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and comfortable armchairs.
Inside there are 2 bedrooms with 4 comfortable beds of high quality. There are 2 nice renovated bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The kitchen has been renovated in fine materials and is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine and tea maker. Household utensils for all types of cooking and crockery.
A dining group for six people can be found in the living room, where there is also a comfortable 4-seater divan sofa.
TV with Apple TV with the ability to stream from your mobile and see the same range as at home.
From the living room, the large glass doors lead out onto the terrace.
First comes a built-over part outside the kitchen and then a large open area.
On the terrace you can enjoy both breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks with a lovely view out over the bay and the village.
30 meters from the house you will find the nice shared pool area with infinity pool and a large green area around the pool. The pool is open all year round but not heated.
The walking path from the house down to the beach is about 500 meters. There is also the nearest supermarket where you can buy the most important things such as water, drinks, bread, vegetables, breakfast, snacks, etc.
However, we recommend that you have a car during your stay as there are so many nice places around to visit and the landscape is hilly.
