15 minutes walk to the town of La Herradura with a several km long beach and a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

Upper floor consists of living room with dining area, TV corner and wood stove, fully equipped kitchen (water purification for drinking water available) with sea view, toilet with shower, sunny terrace facing the sea in the east and patio in the west.
