With an area of 56 m2, the terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun from early morning until late evening. Parts of the terrace are covered, providing both privacy and shade during different mealtimes. Situated in the exclusive area of Ladera del Mar, just 3 km west of Nerja, this apartment invites you to a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
The area is characterized by large private terraces and well-maintained gardens that enhance the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. It's an ideal place for a relaxing vacation, while being only a few minutes' drive from central Nerja. For those who prefer to walk, it's only a 35-minute stroll away. Alternatively, there's a bus departing every 30 minutes in the summer and once an hour in the winter, with a stop right below Ladera del Mar.
Access to the apartment is via a short staircase from the road above, where free parking is available. The nearest beach is just 300 meters below the apartment, and a short walk away, you'll find one of Nerja's most beautiful pool areas, exclusively for guests of the area, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from Easter to the end of October.
