The apartment is located in the popular area of San Juan de Capistrano with tropical plants, flowers and palm trees bordering a national park with hiking opportunities and maybe a dip in the Rio Chillar river.
The accommodation As soon as you open the front door, you are drawn to the fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains, Nerja city and the urbanization.
The lovely apartment has been newly renovated in 2023 with new furniture and has an open floor plan of 55 m2, where the main attraction is the veranda and the large private terrace.
The apartment is styled in calm, warm natural colors in Spanish-Scandinavian style and has all amenities. Veranda and large terrace facing south with a panoramic view of the sea, mountains and Nerja city. The accommodation is on two floors, the upper floor is 55 m2 with an open-plan living room facing a kitchen with good work surfaces, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Lower level has a fantastic large and sunny terrace with awnings, parasols and outdoor furniture for both meals and relaxation.
The entrance From the own entrance you enter directly onto the large terrace. Upstairs you are met by the veranda with entrance to the apartment. Both the veranda upstairs and the large terrace downstairs have outdoor furniture and well-sized awnings over both patios.

Kitchen A modern kitchen with stone worktops and a kitchen island with bar stools. Fully equipped, with fridge and freezer, oven, hob, fan, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

Continental double bed 160 x 200, built-in wardrobe with sliding doors as well as dressers and blackout curtains. The bedroom has a double door opening onto the veranda.

Continental double bed 160 x 200, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning (heating and cooling), mirror and blackout curtains. This bedroom has a window with a sea view.

Fully tiled bathroom with shower/bathtub with glass door, storage shelf, wc, sink and mirror.
Pool in 3-4 min walking distance and open from Easter to the end of October. Nerja’s largest communal pool as well as a children’s pool. The pool is open from April 1 to October 31. Bus stop within a few minutes walking distance.
In the area there is a supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Bus stop/bus that departs once an hour to both beach and town for
1 euro/person, alternatively taxi around 6-7 euros to the beach or town.
